HCKK Ventures Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Reappoints Auditor

HCKK Ventures Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. D.R. Mehta & Associates as the statutory auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Nayan Chug was appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. The company also finalized its Annual Report and Director's Report for FY 2025-26 and announced the 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 6 to September 12, 2026, for the AGM.
