HCL Foundation Scales HCLTech Grant to Accelerate Water and Biodiversity Stewardship in Rural India

HCL Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of HCLTech, has announced a 45% increase in the annual outlay for its HCLTech Grant initiative. The grant, now at INR 24 crores, will support water sustainability projects in addition to environment, healthcare, and education. The new Water category aims to address water scarcity and improve water management in rural areas, while the Biodiversity category focuses on ecological biodiversity impact. The total grant for the FY26 edition is 724 crore vs 316.5 crores in FY25. The application portal is live, and help desks are active.
