HCL Technologies Director Nishi Vasudeva Retires July 31

HCL Technologies Ltd. announced the retirement of Ms. Nishi Vasudeva, an Independent Director, from its Board of Directors, effective July 31, 2026, upon the conclusion of her second term. Ms. Vasudeva will also cease to be the Chairperson of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The company expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure. This retirement is in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
