HCLTech Partners Nokia to Boost Autonomous Networks with AI rApps

HCLTech and Nokia have expanded their partnership to accelerate the adoption of autonomous networks by co-innovating AI-driven rApps. HCLTech will offer four new rApps on Nokia's SMO Marketplace, including Anomaly Detector, Energy Optimizer, mMIMO Interference Mitigation, and Traffic Balancer. These rApps aim to enable communication service providers (CSPs) to transition towards AI-native, self-optimizing network operations. The collaboration also includes a roadmap for developing next-generation rApps for 5G and future network architectures. HCLTech reported consolidated revenues of $14.7 billion for the 12 months ending March 2026.
