HCLTech partners TIM Brasil for eSIM transfer capability

HCLTech has been selected by TIM Brasil, a leading 5G operator in Brazil, to implement South America's first cross-platform eSIM transfer capability. This collaboration aims to enhance the mobile experience for millions of users by allowing seamless and secure eSIM profile transfers across devices and operating systems. Leveraging HCLTech's Device Entitlement Gateway (DEG), TIM Brasil customers can now switch devices or upgrade without store visits or physical SIM swaps, simplifying the process and accelerating the adoption of next-generation mobile services. Anil Ganjoo, HCLTech's Chief Growth Officer, highlighted the role of HCLTech's engineering-led, AI-intrinsic platforms in enabling agile, device-agnostic telecom operations.
