HCP Plastene Bulkpack: Internal Auditor Withdraws Consent

HCP Plastene Bulkpack Ltd announced that its appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, M/s S.A. Gadhia & Company, has withdrawn its consent to accept the assignment due to professional reasons. The company had appointed the auditor on May 28, 2026. The appointment has not become effective, and HCP Plastene Bulkpack is now in the process of identifying and appointing a new Internal Auditor. The details of the new appointment will be placed before the Board and promptly intimated to the Stock Exchange as per SEBI regulations.
