HDFC AMC Board Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹54 Dividend

HDFC Asset Management Company's Board of Directors approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹54 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be remitted within applicable regulatory timelines. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives remains closed until April 18, 2026.
