HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 16, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹54 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
