HDFC AMC Senior Management Personnel Change

HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. V. Suresh Babu, Head – Operations, has resigned effective July 31, 2026, for early retirement, after 26 years with the company. His responsibilities for Operations and Information Technology will be reallocated to Mr. Sameer Seksaria, Head – Client Services, who will also be re-designated as Head – Operations. Mr. Naozad Sirwalla, Chief Financial Officer, will take over the Administration functions. Both Mr. Seksaria and Mr. Sirwalla are existing SMPs and will assume these additional roles from October 01, 2026. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Babu's contributions.
