HealthCare Global Subsidiary Acquires 26% Stake in EVRE for ₹38 Lakh

HCG Manavata Oncology LLP, a subsidiary of HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 26% equity stake in Epic Vighnaharta Renewable Energy Private Limited (EVRE) for an aggregate consideration of ₹38 lakh. This acquisition will allow EVRE to supply electricity generated from its solar power plant to the LLP for its own use, qualifying the LLP as a captive user. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 FY2027. EVRE is primarily engaged in power generation from renewable energy plants and is setting up a solar power plant in Maharashtra. The company's revenue from operations for FY26 was NIL, with an authorized share capital of ₹1,00,000.
