Healthy Investments Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
