Healthy Life Agritec Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Un-Audited Results

Healthy Life Agritec Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as permitted by the Chair. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has closed its trading window for directors and designated employees from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared, to prevent insider trading.
