Heera Ispat Changes 34th AGM Venue

Heera Ispat Ltd has issued a Corrigendum to the Notice of its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (IST). Due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue of the AGM has been changed. The new venue is FF 108-109, Kamal Complex, Near Stadium Circle, C.G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380009. All other particulars of the AGM, including the date, day, and time, remain unchanged. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the original AGM notice.
