Heera Ispat Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 2025 Results

Heera Ispat Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be informed in due course. The announcement was sent to directors, promoters, KMP, statutory auditors, internal auditors, secretarial auditors, and records of the mail have been maintained as per SEBI guidelines.
