HEG Ltd Scheme of Arrangement Effective Sept 1; Board Approves Changes

HEG Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned its Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The scheme will become effective on September 1, 2026. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for consideration under the scheme has been fixed as September 7, 2026. The Board also approved several management changes, including appointments and cessations of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and directors, effective from September 1, 2026, to ensure continuity of the Graphite Business post-demerger and amalgamation.
