HEG Ltd Scheme of Arrangement Effective Sept 1; Board Approves Record Date

HEG Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Indore Bench, has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving HEG Ltd, HEG Graphite Ltd, and Bhilwara Energy Ltd. The scheme will become effective on September 1, 2026. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for consideration under the scheme has been fixed as September 7, 2026. The company also detailed the share swap ratios for the demerger and amalgamation.
