HEG Ltd: Show Cause Notice for IGST Refund Recovery Dropped for FY 2019-20

HEG Ltd has announced that the Show Cause Notice received from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (SGST) Mandideep Circle, Bhopal Division-2 for the tax period FY 2019-20, proposing for recovery of the IGST refunds along with penalty, has been dropped. The notice was initially issued for a penalty amount of Rs. 282.34 Crores for each tax period. However, the GST authority has dropped the show cause notice for the tax period FY 2019-20 based on the information available on record.
