HEG Ltd to Invest Up to Rs. 200 Crores in Listed Indian and Overseas Companies

The Board of Directors of HEG Ltd has approved making an investment of up to Rs. 200 crores in one or more tranches in the securities of listed Indian companies and/or overseas companies/body corporates through secondary market transactions or overseas portfolio investment scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.,
