
HEG Ltd. Violates SEBI Regulations: Designated Persons' Trading Infringements
HEG Ltd. has reported violations of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders.
