Riju Jhunjhunwala Appointed Chairman of Malana Power, AD Hydropower

Riju Jhunjhunwala has been appointed as the Chairman of Malana Power Company Limited (MPCL) and AD Hydropower Limited (ADHPL), both LNJ Bhilwara Group companies owned through HEG Advanced Materials. This appointment aligns the leadership of the group's hydropower assets with HEG Advanced Materials' broader strategy in battery materials, energy solutions, and green power. Ravi Jhunjhunwala will continue to serve on both boards, providing continuity. MPCL operates the 86 MW Malana Hydroelectric Project, and ADHPL operates the 192 MW Allain Duhangan Hydro Power Project.
