HeidelbergCement India Limited has announced its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 24 September 2026, at 01:30 PM IST, conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, and declare a dividend of ₹7 per equity share (70%) for the same period. The cut-off date for AGM attendance is 17 September 2026, and the record date for dividend entitlement is 11 September 2026. E-voting will be open from 21 September 2026 to 23 September 2026.
