Helloji Holidays Board Approves FY26 Results, Appoints New Director

Helloji Holidays Limited's Board of Directors approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sagar Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26 and re-appointed M/S M SRIVASTAV & CO as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Additionally, Mr. Umesh Aggarwal was appointed as an Independent Director, leading to the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder's Relationship Committees of the Board.
