Helloji Holidays FY26 Revenue 27.66 Cr; Board Approves Results & Appointments

Helloji Holidays Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For the full financial year 2026, the company reported a Revenue from Operations of 27.66 Crore ( 2766.06 Lakh). The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sagar gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26 and re-appointed M/S M SRIVASTAV & CO as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Furthermore, Mr. Umesh Aggarwal was appointed as an Independent Director, which led to the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder's Relationship Committees.
