Helpage Finlease Appoints Abhishek Jain as Independent Director

Helpage Finlease Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Rajeshkumar Jain as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 5, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the notice for the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 2, 2026.
