Helpage Finlease Ltd Appoints Mr. Gulshan Kumar as an Independent Director

The Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Helpage Finlease Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th March, 2026 at 4:00P.M. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business of appointing Mr. Gulshan Kumar as an Independent Director. Mr. Kumar was appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 12% February, 2026, and is eligible for appointment under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
