Helpage Finlease Ltd Appoints Mr. Gulshan Kumar as Independent Director

Helpage Finlease Ltd, a BSE listed NSFC company, is set to hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, 13th March, 2026 at 4:00P.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) due to the threat posed by 'COVID-19'. The EGM will discuss the appointment of Mr. Gulshan Kumar as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Kumar, who was appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 12th February, 2026, is eligible for appointment and has consented to act as a Director of the Company. He meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under Section 149(6) of the Act read with the Rules made thereunder and Regulation 16(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations.
