Hemadri Cements Distributes ₹72.5 Lakhs to Shareholders

Hemadri Cements Limited, through its Liquidator, has commenced the distribution of proceeds to its equity shareholders. A sum equivalent to the face value of shares (₹10 per share) is being distributed. Payments totaling ₹72,52,960 for 7,25,296 shares held in Demat format were made on July 20th and 21st, 2026, via NEFT/RTGS. Shareholders holding shares in physical format are urged to update their contact and bank details with the company's RTA to facilitate their payout. The process is being conducted under the SEBI LODR regulations and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
