Hemo Organic Appoints V S S B & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Hemo Organic Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. V S S B & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 39th AGM. The previous auditor, M/s. M A A K & Associates, will complete their tenure at the 34th AGM. The company also approved the convening of the 34th AGM on September 8, 2026, via Video Conference and appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
