Hercules Investments Ltd has appointed Mr. Mahendrakumar Amritlal Gohel as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 consecutive years, subject to the approval of the company's members. Mr. Gohel is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 40 years of experience in finance, taxation, and commercial disciplines. He is also an Independent Director of Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund Trustee Ltd. and The Hindustan Housing Company Ltd. Mr. Gohel is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred or disqualified from being appointed as a director by any Order passed by SEBI/Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any other statutory or regulatory authority.
