Hexagon Nutrition Appoints Arun Kelkar as Chairman & Exec Director

Hexagon Nutrition Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Arun Purushottam Kelkar as Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, effective October 28, 2026. The shareholders approved this appointment for a period of 5 years at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on the same date. Mr. Kelkar has extensive experience of over 4 decades in various industries, including food and nutrition, and has been instrumental in the company's strategy formulation and implementation. He is also the father of Dr. Nikhil Arun Kelkar and Mr. Vikram Arun Kelkar. Mr. Kelkar is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
