Mr. Vikram Kelkar, Promoter and Managing Director of Hexagon Nutrition Ltd, has acquired 16,300 equity shares through open market transactions. This acquisition, amounting to 0.01% of the total share capital, was made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Following the acquisition, Mr. Kelkar's total holding in the company increased slightly to 21.12% of the total equity share capital.
