Hexaware Technologies Completes Acquisition of Four Entities

Hexaware Technologies Ltd. has completed the acquisition of four entities, including Cybersolve (I) India Private Limited, Identity and Access Solutions LLC, IT Glitterz LLC, and Identity And Access Solutions Canada, Inc. The acquisitions were executed through Hexaware Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Hexaware Technologies Canada Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The transactions were completed in accordance with the corresponding share purchase agreement and securities purchase agreement.
