Hexaware Technologies Ltd. Approves Q3 Financials, Acquisition of Cybersolve (I) Private Limited, and Merger of Subsidiaries

Hexaware Technologies Limited has approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company has also announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Cybersolve (I) Private Limited from Identity And Access Solutions LLC. Simultaneously, Hexaware Technologies, Inc and Hexaware Technologies Canada Ltd. will acquire stakes in related entities. The company also plans to merge several wholly owned subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries in India, US, and Netherlands to simplify the group structure.
