HFCL Secures INR 2,167.65 Crores Advance Purchase Orders for BharatNet Phase III in Uttar Pradesh

HFCL Ltd has secured Advance Purchase Orders ('APOs') aggregating to ~INR 2,167.65 Crores for supply of Optical Fiber Cables, Telecom Equipment & related accessories along with maintenance of the telecom equipment for 10 years including 01 year warranty period, for BharatNet Phase III in Uttar Pradesh (East) and Uttar Pradesh (West) Telecom Circles, from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (‘RVNL’). The order is for a period of three years for supply of materials and ten years of annual maintenance including one year warranty period. The total consideration is ~INR 2,167.65 Crores, out of which ~INR 1,736.83 Crores is for capital expenditure (Capex) and ~INR 430.82 Crores is for operational expenditure (Opex). The company has confirmed that there are no related party transactions involved in this order.
