H.G. Infra Engineering Acquires 100% of Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited to acquire 100% equity shares of Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission Limited. This acquisition, valued at ₹500,000, is for a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the "Construction of 220/132/33 kV AIS Substation, Ranipur (Mau) and 220/132/33kV AIS Substation, Chunar (Mirzapur) with their associated lines" in Uttar Pradesh for 35 years. The business of the target entity aligns with H.G. Infra's infrastructure business and supports its strategic expansion in the power transmission sector. The acquisition was completed on September 26, 2026.
