H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd Announces Execution of EPC Contracts for Solar Power Plants With Norangdesar and Rasisar Solar Developers
H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has announced the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for two solar power plants with Norangdesar Solar Developer Private Limited and Rasisar Solar Developer Private Limited. The contracts are for design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for a period of 25 years from the Commercial Operation Date. The total solar plants' capacity is 6.52 MW (AC) for Norangdesar and 5.04 MW (AC) for Rasisar. The contracts are domestic and the estimated construction/development cost is INR 36 Crore (Including GST) for Norangdesar and INR 28 Crore (Including GST) for Rasisar. The promoter group of the Company, H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, has an equity shareholding of 49% in H.G. Solar Projects Private Limited, the entity that awarded the contracts.
