H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary for Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company, H.G. Choraniya Bess Private Limited, on June 25, 2025. The SPV is set up for establishing Standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems in Gujarat under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (Phase-VI). The subsidiary is a related party and the transaction falls within related party transactions. The subsidiary is yet to commence its business operations and has an authorized capital of Rs. 15,00,000 divided into 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and subscribed capital of Rs. 15,00,000 divided into 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. The Company holds 100% shareholding in the subsidiary.
