Hi-Tech Pipes Declares Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results

Hi-Tech Pipes Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the reconstitution of the Risk Management Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Securities Allotment Committee following the completion of tenure for Mr. Mukesh Kumar Garg as Non-Executive Independent Director. The revised committee compositions are effective from December 3, 2026. The financial results, along with the statement of assets and liabilities, cash flow statement, and limited review report from M/s A. N. Garg & Company, were approved.
