
Hi-Tech Pipes Reports Record Quarterly Profit of Rs 21.03 Crore in Q1FY26
Hi-Tech Pipes Limited, a leading manufacturer of ERW steel pipes and tubes, has reported its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26). The company recorded a revenue of Rs.791.36 crore, a slight decrease from the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, the company's operating profitability remained resilient with an EBITDA of Rs.41.03 crore. The company achieved a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 21.03 crore, the highest-ever quarterly profit in its history. The company's Greenfield plant at Sikandrabad is in the final stage of commissioning and is expected to begin commercial production in Q2FY26. The company's Brownfield expansion at Sanand Unit-2 (Phase Il) is also on track to commence production in Q2FY26. The company is also strategically venturing into API-grade pipe manufacturing.
