Hi-Tech Pipes Revises FY26 BRSR Report Figures

Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, correcting inadvertent errors in the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR). The errors were found on pages 170 and 171 concerning Principle 6 (Environment). Specific figures for energy and water intensity per rupee of turnover for FY 2025-26 and FY 2024-25 have been revised. The company has also attached the updated Annual Report incorporating these corrections. The 42nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to adopt the financial statements and re-appoint a director.
