Gujarat Winding Systems: Sanjeev Lunkad & PACs cross 9.01% stake

Sanjeev Lunkad and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the acquisition of 437,745 equity shares in Gujarat Winding Systems Ltd. This acquisition, made via the open market, increased their combined holding to 9.01% of the company's total capital as of April 9, 2026. Prior to this, their holding was 8.99% (437,009 shares). The additional 736 shares acquired represent 0.02% of the company's capital. The acquirer group is not part of the promoter/promoter group. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
