Sanjeev Lunkad & PACs acquire 9.01% stake in Gujarat Winding Systems

Sanjeev Lunkad and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the acquisition of 437,745 equity shares in Gujarat Winding Systems Ltd. This acquisition, conducted via the open market, increased their collective holding to 9.01% of the target company's total capital as of April 9, 2026. Prior to this, their holding was 8.99% (437,009 shares). The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as their stake crossed the 9% threshold. The acquirer group includes Sanjeev Lunkad, Sneha Lunkad, Riddhi Lunkad, Rushank SS Lunkad, and SNEHJEEV VENTURES PVT.LTD., none of whom belong to the promoter/promoter group.
