Tusaldah Ltd to hold 32nd AGM on Sep 28, 2026 via VC/OAVM

Tusaldah Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the reappointment of a director retiring by rotation, and special business concerning an increase in borrowing limits up to ₹50 Crores or the aggregate of paid-up capital and free reserves, whichever is higher. Additionally, the company plans to seek approval for creating mortgages and charges on its movable and/or immovable properties in respect of borrowings.
