The order, valued at approximately ₹1.07 Crore (inclusive of taxes and freight), is from a domestic entity described as a leading technology and automation solutions provider in the transportation and digital infrastructure sector. The company has been awarded this contract under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The execution period for this order is specified between September 5th, 2026, and September 10th, 2026, or as otherwise stipulated in the purchase order. The company has confirmed that there is no interest from promoters or promoter groups in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
