Highway Infrastructure Ltd Secures Rs. 154 Crores Contract for Moti Naroli Fee Plaza Operations

Highway Infrastructure Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth Rs. 154,59,99,930/- for operations at Moti Naroli Fee Plaza on the Eight Lane Vadodara - Mumbai Expressway. The LOA was issued by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on 16th February, 2026. The contract includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recovery of consumable items. The order was awarded domestically and is to be executed within 90 days. This does not involve any related party transactions and none of the promoter/promoter groups have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
