Hikal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for May 27, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending the payment of a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 38th Annual General Meeting.
