Hilltone Software Board Meeting on Nov 5 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Hilltone Software and Gases Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited quarterly and half-yearly financial results for the period ending September 30, 2026. The meeting will also include a review by the statutory auditors. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from October 1, 2026, which will remain shut until 48 hours post the declaration of these financial results, in line with its insider trading prevention code.
