Him Teknoforge Ltd. Announces Technical Collaboration with JIUXIN Precision Tooling Corp. and YIYOU Machinery Co., Ltd.

Him Teknoforge Ltd. has completed the execution of a Technical Collaboration Agreement with JIUXIN Precision Tooling Corp. and YIYOU Machinery Co., Ltd., both entities incorporated in the Republic of China. The collaboration aims to share technical know-how in the design, inspection, and troubleshooting of Bevel Gears and to optimize die-making costs through technological support and knowledge-sharing. YIYOU Machinery Co., Ltd. will assist in selecting suitable presses and equipment, developing optimized forging solutions, and supplying cost-effective dies, tools, and tooling solutions on mutually agreed commercial terms. They will also provide training to Company personnel and depute qualified technical experts for a minimum of 4-6 months each year. This collaboration is expected to advance the bevel gear design and manufacturing capabilities of Him Teknoforge Ltd., leading to improved product quality and process efficiency.
