Him Teknoforge Ltd Appoints Three Independent Directors

Him Teknoforge Ltd announced the appointment of three independent directors following its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, a seasoned banking professional with over 36 years of experience at SBI, has been appointed for a term of three years. Mrs. Prerna Sudeep Bokil, a Company Secretary with over a decade of experience in corporate laws, will serve for two years. Mr. Purshotam Lal Sharma, with 43 years of experience in metallurgical engineering and leadership roles in the tractor industry, has been appointed for a five-year term. These appointments were approved by the shareholders as recommended by the Board of Directors.
