Him Teknoforge Recommends ₹0.80 Dividend, Appoints Directors

Him Teknoforge Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹0.80 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh and Mrs. Prerna Sudeep Bokil as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Purshotam lal Sharma as a Non-Executive Independent Director was recommended. The Directors' Report for FY26 and the notice for the 55th Annual General Meeting were also approved. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with the register of members and share transfer book closed from September 24-30, 2026.
